The first day of the fair featured a range of activities for visitors, including balloon shows and rides, a chicken-crowing imitation contest, swing dancing, games and screenings of popular American films.

Food offerings include local favourites from Korat, American-style dishes and a range of US food products. One of the highlights is 3D ice cream shaped like the Statue of Liberty.

American companies are also showcasing new products and innovations at the fair, while US government agencies in Thailand are providing information about their work.
The “Freedom 250” campaign is being held to commemorate 250 years since the United States declared independence, while celebrating the longstanding friendship between the United States and Thailand.
