Before joining a K-pop group, ALURE was already familiar with film sets, recording booths and theatre stages in Thailand. Now the Thai performer, whose given name is Issara Chaisiri, has made his debut as the only Thai member of A2O SOUL, a 15-member boy group launched by A2O Entertainment.
The group introduced its members at a joint showcase with girl group A2O LITE in Goyang, South Korea, on 12 October. A2O SOUL released “SUPERSTAR” the next day. Its members come from South Korea, China, Japan, Thailand and the United States, according to Korean news outlet Nocut News.

ALURE, born in 2011, began appearing in Thai entertainment as a child under the name Alua (อลัว). In 2023, he played Song, one of the young musicians at the centre of the Thai film Bad Boyz Band. The National Film Archive of Thailand lists Issara among the film’s cast, while a contemporaneous interview in Naewna described his earlier work in television, musicals and singing. He said then that he had started learning to sing at five and played guitar.
His voice has also featured in Thai-language film dubs. He has had roles in Encanto, Pinocchio and Matilda the Musical, among others. In the Thai dub of Encanto, he voiced Antonio, the youngest member of the Madrigal family.
That early experience gives ALURE a varied performance background as he moves into a group built around singing and choreography. A2O Entertainment has said its artists may also perform in different units and project lineups, giving members room to appear in different combinations across the label’s shared universe.
For Thai fans, his debut is a new step in a career that began well before his introduction as an idol. Alongside RADA of A2O LITE, ALURE is one of two Thai performers in the label’s new groups.
